How does this work?

1- Send us your photographs, instructions, and contact information.

2 - We will examine your photo(s), and send you an estimate** based on your instructions and the amount of work that needs to be done.

3 - If everything meets with your satisfaction, we will restore, print, and mail your photograph along with the original within two weeks.

Two ways to send in your photographs:

1 - Send it to us - You can either mail the actual photo or email a high quality digital scan of the photo to our studio. Please contact us before sending us anything.

2 - Let us come to you! This offer is only available if you live in the greater Charlotte, NC metro area. We will come to your location and either pick up your photos, or copy them on the spot. This is great if you have oversized, cumbersome, or especially delicate photos, paintings or artwork.

*The end product is determined largely by the quality of the original and the extent to which our customers are willing to go to restore it.

**You can also email us a lower resolution version of your photograph and get an estimate before sending your photo in.

Printing Options:
- We print on high quality photographic paper or artists canvas (this is a great option if your copying a painting or artwork).
- All of our prints have a protective UV coating.
- We can sepia tone black and white prints, convert color to B&W and vice versa.
- We also offer the option of framing prints.
