Our Basic On-Site Service includes:

Photography of an injured area, cosmetic scars and/or deformation.
Quality, High definition digital images depicting reality.
Measuring scale / ruler in image to indicate size and perspective.
Two bound sets of prints of all images or two sets of all images on CDs.

Each photograph can contain the following optional data.

Name of client in photographs.
Date photographs were made.
Subject/Purpose of photographs.

Image sequence ID number.
Case number, if applicable.
Claim number, if applicable.

The optional data above is not contained in the image portion of the print.
The data is in the border area around a 4x6 image on the 5x7 page.

Prints & Covers are 5x7 inches in a spiral bound book with above data on front.

* On-site service is available in the Charlotte Metro Area and anywhere beyond.
